⭐⭐⭐⭐️ I had a great experience with RPM, and I especially want to recognize Bryce for his excellent customer service! He was professional, helpful, and kept me updated every step of the way. Bryce made sure to call and explain what was going on with my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely takes the time to communicate and make sure you understand everything. Thank you, Bryce, for making this experience as smooth and stress-free as possible! RPM is lucky to have you. I definitely appreciate the great service and would recommend RPM to anyone needing a mechanic.

I highly recommend this shop. Most places will not touch a Volkswagen. Happy I found a place that will and knows what they’re talking about. They were honest and thorough. Bryce was so patient and understanding. For someone who doesn’t know much about cars, not once did I ever feel unsure about their recommendations or feel talk-down to. Professionalism from start to finish. Great team, I will use them again.

I’ve been here twice now, once for some major repairs. Took my car back here because they were so quick and professional. They kept me updated and I never had a question on where they were at with my car. Very very happy customer. Took my car back a second time now to start getting my oil changes through them. Very quick and great prices. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I had my vehicle towed here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They performed an extremely thorough diagnostic and kept me informed every step of the way. Their quote approval system is one of the best I’ve seen—they send you a detailed link that breaks down the labor costs, parts, and recommended repairs, and they won’t perform any work until you approve it. The transparency and professionalism gave me complete confidence that there were no surprises or unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy auto shop.

Awesome service and honest! I’ve been fortunate to have three Mustangs, and this has been the best Mustang and performance shop that I’ve utilized in the area thus far! Had the opportunity to communicate via email, then dropped off my car in person and then I’ve been communicating via text message. Requested photographs which were shared and communication was present throughout the whole process! -Installed lowering springs Definitely planning on coming back in the future!
